Testimonials

See what our clients have to say about us.

Kark turned up to my property to clean my livingroom carpet and done a superb job I couldn't believe how much dirt his equipment bought out of my carpets he was very polite and gave me excellent advice so I will definitely use again atleast once a year.

Prompt and professional service, and brilliant results. I have two large rescue dogs and live in the country, so it's difficult keeping the carpets clean, but my carpets are now like new!

Excellent service, quick response to enquiry, prompt booking in, kept me informed of arrival time. Assessed job thoroughly and explained what they were able to achieve and why. Advised on rug cleaning and rather than just doing it and charging more, suggested that other professionals might be better placed with that type of rug. Really appreciated the honesty. Achieved amazing results given the type and age of the carpets. Friendly and efficient technician, I would highly recommend this company.

We have been using RC Professional Cleaning Services for years now. I wouldn't use anyone else! They are a lovely family run business, work so hard, and make our carpets look like new every time! Nothing is ever too much trouble, we have even had our gutters and bathrooms deep cleaned by them too. They are professional, friendly, polite, on time, deliver an amazing service at a reasonable price... what more could you ask for! I will always highly recommend them to others. Big thank you and see you again soon!

Brilliant service, will definitely recommend! Great communication before and after the service. Tara was super accommodating and able to book us in short notice, and Karl not only did a great job with the carpet cleaning but also was careful to point out and explain any problem areas. We are very pleased with the end result.

We found Tara and Karl to be very professional from booking to completion. Great price and super job done . We would highly recommend. 👍🏻👍🏻

Highly recommend. Beige carpets look brand new every time, despite three very young children and two dogs who love to be outside tramping muddy pass through the house! The house smells divine after too, which is a lovely bonus. Very personable couple, as well as polite, professional, friendly, prompt….the list goes on. An excellent business and I’m so glad we found them! Have recommended to numerous of my friends and will continue to do so

We booked in for an end of tenancy carpet clean and they ended up looking better than when we moved in! Smelt really nice and fresh too. Would definitely use again. Good communication, letting us know when they were on their way as well. Thanks guys 🙂

Cleaned my carpets this morning fabulous job very polite as well! Well done looking forward to my guttering being done next week!

Great friendly and prompt service. Fabulous communication confirming appointment and when they were on their way. Brilliant finish to our living room carpet cannot believe the difference. I will be getting you back for the rest of the house and a sofa. Thank you.

Really happy with the outcome even though our access wasn’t brilliant for them they did a very good job definitely recommend them. Thank you guys

Great service, carpet has come up lovely, friendly and affordable highly recommended.

So pleased with the service provided. From booking before Christmas, contact a few days before to the amazing job they did with our living room carpet. The result actually exceeded my expectations. A very happy customer- highly recommend and we will definitely use again.
